I was struggling to enable my Task Scheduler Service which was appearing as disabled in my services console
I tried many fixes but finally which worked for me was to scan system files and to fix them automatically by windows utility(sfc.exe) by running Cmd as administrator and by issues the following command.
C:\Windows\System32\sfc /scannow
